Shipping  

Currently we only offer standard shipping and use Express Mail Service (EMS) as our main courier.

Shipping Guide and Costs

Standard Shipping: $7.99/€5.92/£5.26 will be charged for the shipping for every order, no matter how many items you buy.

All parcels will be marked as "Gifts" or "Samples" to avoid fees imposed by customs, but the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any.

A signature is required from the recipient upon the items' arrival. This service gives you peace of mind that your items will arrive safely and directly to your possession. If you are not in when the couriers first try to deliver and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, the order will be returned to the local post office. The postman will take your order back and then attempt to shipping 2 more times on the following working days. Please follow your order often online with the tracking information we send to you after your order information is confirmed.

Shipping Time

We aim to ship products worldwide within 10 working days from when order is placed. Normally the couriers make deliveries from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm. Please note Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days.

We will do our every effort to make sure you receive the parcel in time but we are not responsible for service transit time, which is determined by the carrier, excluding weekends and holidays, and may vary with parcel origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, insufficient address info, holidays, carrier complications or customs delay.

If you have not received your shipping within 12 working days, please contact our Customer Service Team at service@medicalequipmentpro.com.

Shipping Address

You may change your shipping address within 24 hours after you place an order. Once the order has been dispatched we are unable to change your shipping address. So please provide us with correct and detailed shipping address for the shipping. We are sorry that P.O. Box address is not accepted currently. The risk of loss would be passed to you if you made any mistakes of shipping address when filling out the purchase forms.

Track Your Order

The shipping of your parcel is online traceable. After your order is dispatched, a confirmation email with the online tracking number and link will be sent to you. The tracking number will be valid for your check within 48 hours after you receive the email. Please allow 4 working days from receipt of the confirmation email before querying about the tracking of your order. If then you still cannot track your order with the tracking number, please contact us at service@medicalequipmentpro.com with the order number.

Returns and Exchanges

www.medicalequipmentpro.com does not offer free trial service, therefore any equipment used, dirty, resold or relabeled is not returnable. Any unused or defective on arrival item purchased from www.medicalequipmentpro.com can be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of shipment (the order shipment date and order notification are provided to you by email). All items sent back to us must be in their original conditions, with the original packaging and all manuals, warranty registration cards, directions and accessories. Otherwise the item will be returned to you.

Before returning an item, please read the following policies first. If you have made up your mind to return the unwanted product that is unused or you are sure the product is defective and want to return it, please do email us for the returning address as well as a return authorization without which returns will not be accepted.

a. A full refund will be issued only for shipping errors made by medicalequipmentpro.com. Any equipment found damaged during shipping should be refused and reported at the time of receipt to both medicalequipmentpro.com and the carrier.

b. For Unused product. The original shipping fee is not refundable, and the return shipping fee is at the customer’s expense. Besides, a 10% restocking and handling fee will be deducted from the refund.

c. For Defective On Arrival (DOA) product. DOA equipment can be returned for the exchange of the same equipment with no extra charges. Customer will have to prepay for the return shipping. If the returned item is found out to work well, you will be charged for the return shipment to the original shipping address.

d. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, and medicalequipmentpro.com will not be responsible for any loss or damage during the return shipping. Therefore, for your interests, we suggest you send back your parcel via a traceable method.

If you want to return the ordered product, Please attach a note with the following information:1) Order Number; 2) Product Code/Product Name; 3) Details of the reason for your return; 4) A refund or exchange as the solution.

Refunds will be credited to the original way of payment only. And replacements will be shipped out only after the returned item has been received. After we get your retuned parcel, we will contact you. Please allow up to 15 working days from the date we receive your return to process your return or exchange.
